December sees the launch of Wasted Chic, a new London-based pop-up shop. Opening in Shoreditch, London, on December 6, Wasted Chic will feature 30 independent designers selling low-priced products across clothing, lingerie and accessories. Brand include Bundy & Webster, Rebecca Torres and Magpie on the Run, along with music provided by DJ Lora and Jakki Degg, alongside Wasted Chic residents Belle + Bex and Chloe Fontaine. The brainchild of Alexandra Houston Marriott, Wasted Chic is a market/sample sale/party hybrid, created as a forum for young designers to generate promotion and sales they may not usually be able to whilst enjoying a vibrant, social atmosphere and a chance to meet their customer. Wasted Chic will pop up from 12:00 until 18:00 at McQueen on 55 Tabernacle Street.
