Skincare brand, Utopia, has announced their launch of as a silicone-free skincare range which has adaptive technology to suit all skin types, brings the most effective ingredients from all the other leading brands into one unique range. Utopia, a word that signifies a state in which everything is perfect, has been created by Chris Smith, an award-winning skincare formulation scientist who invented the patented anti-ageing antioxidant complex used in the renowned Boots’ No7 Protect and Perfect Serum.
