For Ubooker Worldwide, the acquisition represents a strategic move to strengthen its role in revolutionising the way models are booked worldwide.

Founded in 2016, Ubooker provides an online platform that empowers brands and casting directors from the fields of fashion and commercial production to book models directly online, without needing to go through a traditional agency. The combined entity will operate under the Ubooker brand and provide their services across Europe and the US, with headquarters in London.
