Shiseido has announced the launch of its new Sparkling Party Palette. The limited edition Sparkling Party Palette contains six shades, enriched with champagne toned highlighters and bold hues for eyes and lips. Developed exclusively by Shiseido’s Artistic Director Dick Page, the palette draws inspiration from the tangles of ribbons and clusters of ornaments that add to the party ambiance. Shiseido Sparkling Party Palette is priced at £45 available exclusively in House of Fraser.
