Searcys launches new Champagne
London’s largest collection of Champagne bars Searcys has announced the launch of its new Champagne, Searcys Selected Cuvée. Searcys, which was founded in 1847, has worked alongside the renowned Maison Burtin in Epernay to produce the new brand of Champagne which will be served in a new tower of six glasses known as the Coupe Stack enabling the drink to flow into half a dozen glasses that form a tower. Searcys marketing director Rhian Phillips comments: “The drink is 47% Pinot Meunier so has a really distinctive taste, and it will be made even more memorable by being served in the Coupe Stack.” Searcys operates across prestigious venues in London, Bath, Oxfordshire and Birmingham including the Gherkin, St Pancras International, Blenheim Palace and 30 Pavilion Road.
