Luxury eyewear designer of hand-painted frames Ronit Furst are thrilled to announce the launch of their exclusive collection with entrepreneur, restaurateur and chef Prue Leith. Known for her vibrant style, the collection Prue by Ronit Furst has been designed in collaboration with Prue to embody classic eyewear design with playful colour-pop accents. Launching on the 12th January 2019, the collection will initially consist of 12 designs in six colour ways and patterns per style. Celebrating colour was the goal with this collection of over 72 different separate eyewear pieces. Bold and joyful tones such as blue, red, green and purple are colour-blocked alongside unique patterns including tortoise shell on a range of classic and modern frames to suit all face shapes. Discussing the collaboration Prue commented; “I really believe beautiful colourful glasses are a morale booster. I feel distinctly more confident wearing mine. I have, I confess, at least a dozen pairs and I pick one each morning like choosing a necklace or shoes. What inspired me to develop this range with the brilliant Ronit Furst, was winning Spectacle Wearer of the Year and the many people, women and men, who have complimented me on my love of colour.” Already a long-time wearer of the brand, Prue and Ronit Furst have worked hand-in-hand to develop the collection from existing hand-printed patterns to form quirky, colourful frames at an affordable price range. Instead of using traditional processes in which frames are hand-painted from start to finish, the Prue by Ronit Furst collection has been produced by developing the acetate frames in accurate colour tones to form a sleeker cohesive design. This new process enabled Prue to design
