The New Generation Beauty Influencer Awards 2017 has announced its launch, aiming to recognise talented influencers in the beauty and wellbeing arena. After their successful launch in 2015, the Beauty Blogger Awards are re-launching in 2017 following their very own beauty makeover with six new categories making 12 in total. The awards are open to UK based beauty & lifestyle enthusiasts who are influencing their followers’ beauty & lifestyle choices through captivating and stylishly written blogs, engaging and informative online video content, impactful and effective social media. The categories include Women’s Beauty, Men’s Health & Grooming, Nutrition & Wellbeing, For Women of Colour, Natural & Organic, Beauty Vlogger, Beauty Instagrammer, Multimedia Influencer, Blog Design & Photography, Best Treatment reviews, Best Newcomer and Teen Beauty Blogger (online only). The shortlist in each category will be posted on the website on July 31 and each finalist will receive a ‘VOTE FOR ME’ button for their followers to vote for them. The consumer voting will close on August 28. A panel of experts from across the beauty and blogging industries will also attend a judging day and the combined votes will lead to the overall winners of each category.
