Lipsy has announced the signing of X Factor star, Fleur East. The brand has signed to work with the star collaboratively to create the Fleur East by Lipsy collection. The collection will be sold via Lipsy retail and franchise outlets, as well Lipsy’s website and next.co.uk, all Next international websites and exclusive Lipsy wholesale accounts. Launching this September, the collection will comprise 20 plus pieces that have been co-designed with Fleur and Lipsy’s in-house design team. The collection has been influenced by the star’s personal style and look as well as the autumn/winter 2015 trends and international runway shows to create a signature range identifiable with both Fleur and Lipsy’s handwriting. Fleur East commented: “I am very excited to venture into the world of fashion with Lipsy. I have been extremely hands on with the design process working closely with the Lipsy team, to mix my personal style with trends and design techniques that I am inspired by. I can’t wait to share the range with everyone this Autumn.” The range will offer dynamic, directional and strong fashion silhouettes in the latest colours, feminine dresses, as well as statement coats and separates. Like Fleur herself, the debut line will be fierce with a clear attitude, and will be like nothing the Lipsy shopper has ever seen before. The directional range from Fleur also includes a selection of trend-led bags and jewellery; from stacking rings to layering necklaces and tassel bags.
