Jessica Wright launches fitness programme
Jessica Wright has announced the launch of her fitness programme – Fi7ness by Jessica Wright. This is a new home-workout programme harnessing the power of 7, which can deliver visible results by deploying exercises that target all muscle groups and are intense enough to stress your body and stimulate positive change. The 7-week programme includes 30 minute workouts with 7 exercises in each, and 7 minutes of effort in the cardio sections, all using the 7 primal movements; Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge, Bend, Twist and Walk/Run.
