Beauty brand INGLOT has announced the launch of its HoldOn Lip Primer. The invisible primer aims to extend life of a lipstick or lip gloss, giving a precise application and bringing out colour depth. Ingredients include cotton seed oil, vitamin E and shea butter. Launches 25 August, RRP £10.
