Fashion designer Hema Kaul appoints Superstar Publicity

 

Dubai-based fashion designer Hema Kaul has appointed Superstar Publicity to handle its PR activity. Hema Kaul debuted at London Fashion Week with her SS14 collection this year and specialises in haute couture fashion for women.
