Fitness concept Psycle launches and appoints PR
Finch & Partners has been appointed to handle the PR launch and communications strategy for Psycle, a new fitness concept set to open in London. Opening in February on Mortimer Street, Psycle’s ambition is to change the way Londoner’s think about exercise. With a philosophy rooted in the belief that your state of mind is key to how often and how hard you exercise, a Psycle class will inspire both mentally and physically and transform your body. The total body workout experience on a bike has been designed by Psycle’s Programme director, Tim Weeks, former Olympic coach and Tatler Trainer of the Year. Combining musically choreographed programmes with a solid foundation of science, the 45 minute class uses both HIIT combined with Low Impact exercises, toning key body parts and burning maximum calories. The appointment of Rhian Stephenson, as Psycle’s resident nutritionist and partnerships with beauty brand, ila, Purearth, Detox Kitchen, HPE (High Performance Engineering) Clothing and Lorna Jane, Psycle provides a complete lifestyle experience.
