Fashion PR agency Fishers has been appointed to handle the UK press and publicity for Silken Favours. Launched in 2011, Silken Favours creates hand drawn illustrations to compose contemporary pieces of artwork that can be worn. Drawing on inspiration from the 1920’s looking at Art Deco shapes and forms, velvety jewel hues sit alongside block shapes, contrasting smooth curves and bold lines. The range offers a collection of homeware pieces including luxury silk cushions, as well as printed shirts and scarves, with the new addition of printed silk pyjamas with matching sleep mask. Additionally, the brand has announced a collaboration with Feather.M bags to produce four printed leather bags formed in geometric silhouettes to mirror the Art Deco influences of the autumn/winter 2015 range. All bags are made in Europe from Italian leather lined with suede.
