eSalon, the US-based company delivering custom hair colour direct to your door, has announced its launch in the UK with both a local based website and customer service team, and immediate plans to expand into Canada and the EU. Within the EU, eSalon will ship directly to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden, with customer service centralised through their new London office. Since the company’s launch in 2010, eSalon has produced more than 80,000 unique hair colour formulations and has shipped over one million colour applications. They have over 100,000 active customers, 85% of which receive their color products via recurring subscription.
