Empreinte was founded by Jean Le Her, a pharmacist who had often been approached by women struggling with their fuller figures in 1946 in Brest, France. In 1998 Empreinte was taken over by Philippe Berthaux, injecting a modern vision and fresh direction into the brand.

Empreinte champions women’s freedom to enjoy their bodies, thanks to corsetry and swimwear that offers unique support and French elegance. Designed for those with an ample bust, Empreinte offers bigger cup sizing starting from 32C, going up to a 46H cup size. For petite women with a D cup Empreinte also offers a 30D cup size.
