Owner and chef of Violet Bakery, Claire Ptak, has appointed Purple for international press and commercial representation. Originally from California, Claire began her business with a stall in Broadway Market before opening Violet Bakery in 2010 as a bespoke cake company and café in east London. Focusing on using high-quality seasonal ingredients to bring out traditional flavours with a twist, Claire was most recently appointed to create the wedding cake for the upcoming royal nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
