Cetuem unveils SS13 nail varnish collection 

 

Ceteum introduces two new green nail varnish shades inspired by an emerald dress worn by the Duchess of Cambridge at her last public engagement and official colour for 2013 announced by Pantone.

 

The new shades include Ocean (no. 131), Envy (no. 23), Ciao Bella (no. 32), Miss Popular (no. 253), Sex Bomb (no. 89), Sky Blue (no. 256) and Orange City (no. 288).
