Creative communications agency, Capitalize has acquired specialist PR and social agency Tea & Cake PR in a joint venture which will see the team double in size to form a 360 full service agency inclusive of PR, social, experiential and creative. The enlarged business will continue to focus its attention on delivering creative communications solutions for brands in sport, fashion and entertainment. Capitalize’s full service creative studio, lead by Creative Director Peter Kellet and based at Capitalize’s London Bridge head office, will be involved in the delivery of all client campaigns. The M&A will be fully completed in summer 2015 with a collective rebrand scheduled for Q4.
