ARTDECO has launched Cream Rouge for Cheeks & Lips, a 2-in-1 product featuring finely-milled pigments for an evenly pigmented finish. This cream-blusher features a buildable texture, wax and oil base, making it easy to blend. Designed to keep lips soft and smooth, this cream-blusher is also free from fragrances, parbens, talc and silicon. Shades vary from luminous shades of classic red to very delicate nude.
