Fitness instructor and TV presenter Amy-Jo Simpson has signed an exclusive one year contract to Thomas Murphy PR who will act as her sole agent and publicist. Amy, 34, from Essex and mother of two children recently appeared in BBC’s Ultimate Hell Week spending 48 hours training with the US Navy Seals. Amy is a qualified personal trainer and specialises in body transformation and high intensity interval training, as well as team building and survival.
