Push PR has announced the appointment of Brittany Garrett as Account Executive. Formerly at Soft Paris, Brittany will work across a selection of the agency’s fashion accounts in addition to working closely with the senior strategy team, headed up by Deputy Fashion Director Katharine Watson.
