PA Media has announced the appointment of Alex Appleton as a Partner joining Patricia Tindale to develop the growth of the agency and its services. Alex  joins the team with a wealth of experience and knowledge of both  luxury and jewellery. Formerly of Niquesa, Star Diamond and Christie’s, as Partner in the agency she  will work across all  service platforms that include client liaison and development, ambassadorships/citations, Digital PR,  VIP and celebrity dressing.
