L’Oréal announces the appointment of Irene Moore as PR & Digital Communications Manager. Previously at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Irene joins the Consumer Products Division and will be responsible for developing the digital and social communication PR strategy for brands including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Essie and Dark & Lovely.
