i-D has announced that Ravi Amaratunga has joined the fashion media brand in the newly created role of Global Group Director, Film & Video. He will oversee all video programming and strategy for i-D. A former editor at UK broadcaster Channel 4, Ravi joins i-D from Dazed Group, where he set up the fashion publisher’s video arm, Dazed Vision, working with an array of broadcasters and brands, including executively producing the critically lauded Music Nation series, broadcast on C4.
