Henrietta – ‘Hatta’ – Byng has been appointed as the new Editor of House & Garden. Hatta will take up the new role in October, following the retirement of Susan Crewe. Hatta is currently Deputy Editor of House & Garden. She arrived at the magazine as Features Editor in 2006, and was promoted to Senior Features Editor in 2010, during which time she created the Green by Design supplement that has been repeated for the last five years. Hatta has also worked as an interior designer, as well as for the South African edition of House & Garden.
