British brand Belstaff appoints CEO
LABELUX announces the appointment of Gavin Haig as Chief Executive Officer of British luxury brand, Belstaff, effective July 21, 2014. Gavin joins Belstaff following a successful 20-year career with Richemont where, most recently, he was International Managing Director of Richemont flagship, Cartier, responsible for global, commercial business and subsidiaries. Mr Haig’s 25-year international luxury career has spanned all geographies, including being stationed in London, Paris, Geneva and 12 years in Tokyo where he was simultaneously President and CEO of both Cartier and Richemont Japan. Prior to Cartier he gained experience in the development, marketing and retailing of British, iconic, heritage brands at Alfred Dunhill and Wedgwood.
