Call the Midwife actress Helen George has collaborated with Sanctuary to launch a nationwide Sanctuary Wipe Amnesty campaign today encouraging women to banish wipes from their skincare regime for good. The actress is featured binning her cleansing wipes in favour of a deeper, gentler facial cleanse using the brand’s new Foaming Micellar Cleansing Water. Sanctuary found that their new Micellar Water removes foundation 50% faster and more effectively than a leading cleansing wipe as well as being 46% more effective at removing everyday grime. The campaign’s spring clean message aims to communicate that effective but gentle daily cleansing is the first step to healthy looking skin, whatever your age. The Sanctuary Wipe Amnesty will take place over March 19-20 in Boots stores nationwide. Customers can exchange an old, new or unwanted pack of wipes for one of 50,000 free 50ml samples of the Sanctuary Foaming Micellar Cleansing Water and some cotton pads.
