Danish fashion brand Second Female has announced the expansion of its collection with the launch of a footwear range. The collection consists of leather sandals and plimsolls starting from £79, as well as expanding on its existing accessories collection introducing leather bucket bags, suede fringed clutches, bag charms and belts. Second Female launched in 2000, as one of the first brands introducing fashion, based on short term deliveries. In 2010 the brand launched four yearly collections presenting modern classic looks. The idea behind the collection is to create a sophisticated and international design whilst incorporating the well known Scandinavian touch. The world of interior has played a role in the spring collection, with inspiration found in Moroccan blankets, 50’s furniture, patchwork blankets and Japanese vintage fabrics.
