Louis Smith collaborates with the London College of Fashion
Team GB star and Strictly Come Dancing winner, Louis Smith, will today launch LCF Men; a series of short films produced by London College of Fashion which exemplify why menswear and men’s style are such key components of British culture.
Known for his trademark hair and sharp tailoring away from the Olympic gymnasium, Louis Smith has already become one of the UK’s most stylish sportsmen.
Louis’ film is the first in the LCF Men series, with seven films in all to be published throughout January. The films will be viewable from www.fashion.arts.ac.uk/lcfmen and will feature many of Britain’s most stylish men from the worlds of design, retail, media, music and entertainment.
Following the success of LCF’s first ever standalone menswear show during London Collections: Men in June 2012 showcasing emerging menswear designers Domingo Rodriguez, Matteo Molinari, Asger Juel Larsen and Oliver Ruuger, all of whom are LCF alumni with expanding businesses; the LCF Men films will coincide with the new London Collection: Men season and emphasise the creative and commercial importance of Britain’s global menswear brands and emerging talent.
New LCF Men films will be released every few days. To watch the latest videos visit the LCF Men website
