Harvey Nichols launches first loyalty programme
Harvey Nichols has announced the launch of its first loyalty programme. Rewards by Harvey Nichols is a new loyalty app and programme launching today by the luxury retailer. The programme rewards customers every single time they spend, receiving one point for every pound spent in the UK, in store or online, and in any UK Harvey Nichols bar or restaurant, which includes the OXO Tower. The programme is open to every customer and benefits are available from day one and can be used in store every time a customer visits. Additionally, the brand has developed an app over a traditional card. Four different customer tiers are available: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black. A customer is assigned instantly to a tier, according to their spend. Rewards are issued to customers four times a year based on the previous quarter’s points total. Customers will have one choice of Reward per quarter and the first Rewards will be issued in September. In addition to Rewards, every tier comes with its own unique set of customer Benefits, from gift wrapping, to express alterations and even at-home styling. The Benefits we offer customers vary from tier to tier but they’re all about effortless experiences. From day one members will be able to access Benefits and they can also redeem them as many times as they like (subject to availability) simply by presenting their Member ID barcode at the till. Customers will also be provided with treats throughout the year, including discount days, double points days, secret sales and sale previews, plus exclusive event invitations. Rewards by Harvey Nichols was designed in collaborations with the digital product design studio, ustwo. Rewards by Harvey Nichols is available to download now from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
