Health and wellbeing website The Balance Plan launches
This week sees the launch of The Balance Plan, a health and wellbeing website to decode the science of Ayurveda for modern living founded by author of The Body Balance Diet Plan, Eminé Ali Rushton. The site offers a range of recipes for seasonal meals and healing snacks, online mindfulness and yoga practises from teacher Selda Enver Goodwin, as well as interviews with health and wellbeing experts on how they stay healthy, centred and positive, despite their pressurised and busy lives. Ayurveda is the 5000-year-old gentle but powerful Indian healing system known as the science of life. It teaches how to live in tune with the seasons and understand how food affects every aspect of health.
