This month sees the launch of Lena Rose Bakery, a new independent bakery founded by family baking duo cousins Shenae Anderson and Kedeisha Humphrey. Named after their late Nanny Lena, the brand specialises in Cuptails, a new alcohol-infused cupcake concept devised by the pair, and celebration cakes. The brand uses high quality, responsibly sourced ingredients to create its cakes and Cuptails, which come complete with pipette to infuse a dash of alcohol. Cuptails are priced at £19.50 per box of six and come in a range of 16 flavours including Woo Woo, Margarita, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop, Appletini, G & T, Piña Colada, Guinness & Baileys, Dark & Stormy, White Russian, Strawberry Daiquiri, Amaretto Cherry, Kiwi & Lime Daiquiri, and Raspberry Mojito. Non-alcoholic cupcakes are also available in a range of flavours including Salted Caramel, Oreo, Passion Fruit, Raspberry & White Chocolate, and Marshmallow Fluff.
