Motus Strength is a specialist gymnasium, designed for those with a serious commitment to training and to achieving specific goals and optimum levels of fitness. The Motus Strength approach is to use movement and conditioning protocols from three primary and highly effective physical disciplines: Calisthenics, Weight Lifting, and key aspects of Strength & Conditioning, with elements of Ashtanga yoga and gymnastics integrated to add diversity. In addition, specialist services will be available including nutritionists, physical and manual therapies and one-to-one coaching; all designed to enable Motus Strength members to reach their personal best. Situated just off the King’s Road, Chelsea, Motus Strength is due to open in early 2015.
