GQ has announced the shortlist for the inaugural GQ Food & Drink Awards, presented by Veuve Clicquot. The shortlist for the GQ Food & Drinks Awards 2015 includes: Café Murano and Gymkhana for Best Restaurant; Mr Fogg’s and Nightjar for Best Bar; Jason Atherton and Nieves Barragán Mohacho for Best Chef; David Galetti at Le Gavroche and Stefan Newmann at Dinner By Heston Blumenthal for Best Sommelier; The Anglesea Arms and The Camberwell Arms  for Best Pub; Berners Tavern (at London Edition) and Coworth Park for Best Interior; Jesus Adorno at Le Caprice and David Boyd at Sketch for Best Front Of House; and Claridge’s and Cromlix  for Best Hotel. The judging panel comprises Tara Bernerd, April Bloomfield, Justin Carter, Matthew Freud, Matt Hobbs, Adam Hyman, Tom Kerridge, Oliver Peyton and Sir Stuart Rose. Winners will be announced on April 28at an awards celebration to be held at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge, co-hosted by Veuve Clicquot.
