ShopStyle by POPSUGAR appoints VP & Managing Director

 

ShopStyle by POPSUGAR, a leading digital destination combining the best women’s lifestyle content together with shopping, in one place, has announced the appointment of Genevieve Kunst as VP & Managing Director, Europe of ShopStyle by POPSUGAR. Kunst joins POPSUGAR as the company furthers its mission to provide an unparalleled shopping experience for men and women looking for the latest fashion trends.

 

Kunst has spent more than 13 years working across Europe in the e-commerce and mobile industries.  Kunst joins ShopStyle by POPSUGAR from Thomas Cook Online, where she spent over two years as its Director of Supply and Merchandising. Prior to this, she held multiple digital roles at Amazon, including the Head of Business Development, Digital Media, for Amazon Europe, rolling out its Look Inside product and launching Kindle internationally.  Other positions in Europe included roles at T-Mobile, Bertelsmann and the start-up, Vitago.  She started her career in her native U.S. working for her family’s textile business, Fabri-Quilt, and after graduating with an MBA/MA from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, joined A.T. Kearney as a management consultant.

 

In her role as VP & Managing Director, Europe, Genevieve will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and growth of the European business. This includes managing the thousands of high street and designer retailers and brand partnerships, as well as incorporating a more content-rich experience on the Web site.
