Weleda unveils new Hair Care range
Weleda has unveiled its new Hair Care range offering a new concept in holistic hair care. The new range utilises cereals as the lead plant to deliver a nutritional and protective effect on hair and scalp. Holistically formulated, the new Hair Care products are NATRUE certified and free of SLS, parabens, preservatives and artificial essences. The new Weleda Hair Care line includes: Millet Nourishing Shampoo (£8.95) for normal hair featuring notes of grapefruit and peppermint, and contains organic macadamia nut oil and extracts of organic millet husks and sage to provide gentle cleansing; Oat Replenishing Shampoo (£8.95) for dry and damaged hair made using organic jojoba oil and extracts of organic oat and sage, and notes of mimosa combined with the essence of tonka beans, and warm cedar wood oil; Oat Replenishing Conditioner (£9.95) for dry and damaged hair featuring organic jojoba and coconut oils with extracts of organic oat and white mallow to help smooth hair; Oat Replenishing Treatment (£11.50) for dry and damaged hair with organic jojoba and coconut oils combined with shea butter and extract of organic oat; Wheat Balancing Shampoo (£8.95) for dandruff prone scalp featuring wheat germ oil, extracts of butcher’s broom, pansy and organic sage; and Revitalising Hair Tonic (£9.95) for prevention of hair loss and promotion of healthy scalp with rosemary oil and extracts of stonecrop and horseradish leaves to improve the supply of nutrients to the roots. The new range is available from independent health stores, Waitrose and pharmacies.
