New handmade artisan truffle brand Costello + Hellerstein have appointed fashion and lifestyle PR agency Woodthorpe Comms to handle its UK PR activity. Launching in time for Christmas, the brand offers a range of handmade truffles, made from the finest ingredients, presented in a bespoke marbled effect box. Following two years of recipe development and rigorous taste testing, the brand created four flavours including Sea Salt Caramel, covered in rich dark chocolate and rolled in cocoa; Raspberry Ganache, coated in white chocolate and rolled in coconut; Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut Pralines; and Chocolate Orange Cream, wrapped in dark chocolate with a dusting of icing powder. Costello + Hellerstein is available exclusively online.
