    Neville McCarthy Associates handles The Royal Exchange

    Oxford Properties has appointed Neville McCarthy Associates, Show Media and Purpose to develop and execute a new communications strategy for The Royal Exchange, London. Neville McCarthy Associates has been selected as the lead agency responsible for handling all consumer press relations, forthcoming events and will be the primary contact for The Royal Exchange. Show Media will continue to oversee the digital communication and content, while Purpose will manage brand development, messaging and positioning for the historic London landmark. All three agencies will work alongside Oxford Properties refining The Royal Exchange marketing strategy to maximise the strengths of this unique City location. The team will support existing tenants, retailers and restaurants and help to assist in attracting new names to the space. The agencies will report to Ceri Edwards, Corporate Communications Europe. The Grade I listed Royal Exchange was Oxford Properties’ first retail acquisition in the UK, and a key component of the company’s long term portfolio expansion strategy. Located directly opposite The Bank of England, the former prime City trading floor now comprises 51,400 sq ft of retail space. It accommodates 39 retail boutiques set around an ornate central courtyard Grand Café and Bar. Occupiers include Hermès, Smythson, Watches of Switzerland, and Tiffany & Co.
