House of Fraser has announced the promotion of Aaron Foster to Head of PR. Previously PR Manager for Womenswear, Menswear and Fashion Accessories, Aaron will now oversee all PR. Additional promotions include Gayle Griffith from Press Officer to PR Manager for Fashion and Hanna-Rose Smith from Fashion Coordinator to Junior Press Officer.
