Joseph Koniak announced as official catwalk hair stylist for White Gallery London 2013

 

White Gallery London has announced hairdresser Joseph Koniak as the official catwalk hair stylist this May. With a portfolio that ranges from Strictly Come Dancing to Downton Abbey, recent Bond film Skyfall and celebrity clients that comprise of Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, it comes as no surprise that Joseph Koniak has worked on every major catwalk show in the fashion industry. These include Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood, Julian Macdonald, Christopher Kane, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar De La Renta, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Chloe and Stella McCartney. The son of Michael Collis, co-founder of globally acclaimed Molton Brown, Joseph Koniak became the youngest Artistic Director at the brand salon before opening his own premises in 1999. Joseph’s grandmother, Joan Burstein CBE, founder of Browns, exposed him to the fashion industry from an early age and he’s gone on to work with some of the biggest models and designers in the business. The fourth edition of White Gallery London, showcasing bridal wear and accessory collections, takes place in May 2013 – see Events.
