Dove launches premium beauty and grooming collections
Dove announces the launch of its new premium beauty and grooming collections. DermaSeries is the brand’s first premium hypoallergenic skincare range developed in partnership with dermatologists. The six piece collection includes cleansers and creams that provide superior care for extremely dry, compromised skin. The resulting range is one that both dry skin sufferers and professionals can rely on to relieve dry skin symptoms and is most effective when used as a two-step daily regime. The revolutionary ingredient in the range is an exclusive, patent-pending breakthrough technology, the PPAR Activation Complex that addresses the unique skin care needs of those with extremely dry, compromised skin. This formula is used in the Dove DermaSeries creams, and combines 12-hydroxystearic acid (12-HSA), which is a fatty acid; glycerin, which helps skin retain water; and natural emulsifiers to activate PPARs (Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptors). Additionally, Dove launches Men+Care Expert Shave, the brand’s first premium line of expert shave products created in partnership with leading barbers and dermatologists. Clinically proven to better hydrate skin, the new Dove Men+Care Expert Shave range will provide improved care for skin before, during and after shaving. Dove has also launched True Tone, a new intensive night treatment cream specifically designed to erase marks from the underarm area. The underarm dark mark eraser contains the patented Dove True Tone complex of vitamin C derivative, vitamin B3 and 12-HSA, which works to reduce the discolouration of the skin. Added to Dove’s expert skin care complex of glycerol and sunflower seed oil, the intensive night cream absorbs easily into the delicate underarm skin, rapidly and effectively providing a moisturising environment for skin to repair. Dove DermaSeries, Dove Men+Care Expert and True Tone will be launched in Selfridges as part of the Beauty Project from early May to mid June with prices ranging from £8-£22.
