April 1 sees the launch of four new eyeliner formulations from beauty brand Urban Decay. 24/7 Velvet Glide-On Eye Pencil (£15) features a new and exclusive waterproof formula with a soft, smoky finish; Ink for Eyes Waterproof Precision Eye Pen (£15) features an ultra fine tip for a smooth, controlled application; All Nighter Eyeliner (£15), features a twist-up waterproof liner which offers blacker-than-black lines designed to last; Super Saturated Ultra Intense Waterproof Cream Liner (£16) designed to create super-precise lines or smudged, smoky lines, featuring a soft, creamy formula; and Perversion Angled Brush (£12) for precise application. The new eyeliners will be available at Debenhams and House of Fraser stores.
