Topshop introduces new Brow Pencils

 

Topshop unveils two new Brow Pencils: Brows in Spike and Brows in Vicious Circle. This new wax based  formula is waterproof and ideal for longwear regardless of skin temperature. Brows in Spike (£5.00) is available in Chocolate Brown and Brows in Vicious Circle (£5.00) is available in Mushroom Brown. The new Brow Pencils are available from April at selected Topshop stores nationwide, topshop.com, John Lewis Oxford Street and Selfridges Oxford Street.
