Monocle appoints Fashion Markets Editor and Fashion Director
Global affairs and lifestyle magazine Monocle has announced the appointment of Akio Hasegawa as Fashion Director. Akio replaces Takeharu Sato and is based in Tokyo responsible magazine shoot styling. Kyoko Tamoto has also joined the team as Fashion Markets Editor, responsible for co-ordinating fashion shoots based in London. Additionally, Tom Morris will now combine his role as Design Editor with that of Fashion News Editor. Tom will also cover the design aspect of fashion and fashion shows and should be contacted regarding editorial enquiries.
