New hair and make-up academy Hairspray and Lipstick appoints MAD PR

 

Hair and make-up academy Hairspray and Lipstick has appointed MAD PR to handle its PR activity. The academy, ran by industry professionals Karen Lockyer and Soraya Issacs will offer a variety of make-up courses. Courses begin in March 2013 based at Holborn Studios in London prices from £1,000.
