Shiseido to launch Perfect Rouge collection in March

 

Shiseido introduces new Perfect Rouge collection, created with Dick Page, Shiseido Artistic Director. Shiseido’s Perfect Rouge lipstick includes Red Illuminating Pearl which adds strength and vividness; Volumizing Oil to refine and plump lips; new high-moisture lock complex of Hyaluronic Acid holds in lip moisture, while Super Hydro-Wrap Vitalizing DE locks this in. Perfect Rouge is available in fifteen trend-led shades, priced £23.00 and available from March 2013 at House of Fraser stores nationwide.
