Rich London has been appointed to handle the UK PR and brand development for the iconic streetwear brand KARL KANI. Born out of Brooklyn New York in the late 80s, KARL KANI clothing was founded by self made, self taught fashion designer Carl Williams. With a love for fashion and hip hop culture it became best known for its oversized styles, bold colours, denim and vertical stripes. The brand formed a cult urban following and  was worn by stars such as Notorious B.I.G, 2Pac and Aaliyah. Carl later changed his name to KARL KANI, a version of the question ‘can i?’ that had obsessed him for years. ‘Can I’  build a fashion empire? ‘Can i’ become the Ralph Lauren of the streets? Now the brand’s legacy has been re-born for a new generation and is widely available across the globe. KARL KANI has 13 flagship stores in the USA and Japan, and is stocked in 25 countries throughout Europe and the UK.
