British brand Rejuvenated will launch its global bestseller – Collagen Shots – in 100% compostable packaging this January.  Rejuvenated has been developing plastic- free packaging for the last two years. The brand will launch Collagen Shots in its first ever bio-pouch in 2020. The eco-friendly packaging incorporates a three-layer laminate using natural adhesives; the materials are designed to protect its contents against oxygen and water vapour. Each pouch complies with the EU harmonised standard EN 13432:2000 for compostability whilst also meeting the requirements of Vinçotte OK Compost’s certification for home composting. Going forward, plastic scoops will now be removed from each pouch and customers can purchase a metal equivalent online for £2. Rejuvenated will work towards introducing eco-friendly packaging for the rest of the collection throughout the year.
