The KOL Social Magazine to launch in London
The first issue of The KOL Social Magazine will hit the streets of London tomorrow, 2 October and will be distributed at London Underground stations across the capital from 4pm to 7pm. The KOL Social provides a fresh, smart take on beauty, fashion, culture, lifestyle and personalities, featuring some of the industry’s best writers and photographers. Aimed primarily at all people of colour, it will be distributed on the first Wednesday of every month. The launch issue features diverse content including an in-depth guide to buying foundation for the many different skin tones, recommendations of cultural events around the capital during Black History Month.
The KOL Social is an independent Black-owned company that strives to provide an often under-represented perspective of fashion, beauty, culture and lifestyle. KOL stands for Key Opinion Leaders (from within the communities). The magazine also features a Diversity Groups Directory, listing a wide range of small businesses within the communities, from beauty and hair products to job recruitment, auto services and IT services.
