ELLE UK has announced the appointment of Felicity Kay as Fashion Editor. Previously Junior Fashion Editor, her promotion is effective 1 October. Felicity started at the magazine as a fashion assistant four years ago. In her new role, she will  oversee the shopping pages and shoots, while also styling covers and main fashion stories.
